• Items are in their original condition
• Items are in the original packaging
• Items have all tags and labels attached
• You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

2. Package Your Return

   Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging along with your proof of purchase.

3. Ship Your Return

   Send your package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

4. Refund Processing

   Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or exchange. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days.

Exchange Process

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please indicate this when you contact customer service. We'll guide you through the exchange process.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or an item different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange for a return and replacement at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping Costs
